Peter is a Business Analyst and Architect with over 30+ years’ experience in enterprise and operations processes, management consulting, transformation projects and start-ups; in both public and private sectors.

Peter is passionate about operational processes and integrity of business systems. This has lead him through from the fundamentals of IT and Business Analysis into Architecture of Business/Operational Systems; then into Process Excellence - closing the loop ensuring the reality of operational capability matched the business requirements, whilst supporting continual optimisation and improvement of processes.

Peter has led multiple assignments, and regularly participates and is an active member of MACS CT (ACS), IIBA (289234), FBAA as well as certified in BACD, AIBA, ADKAR and Process Excellence Lean Six Sigma Practitioner skills.

Peter has worked and consulted with a number of organisations from various industries, including Insurance (Direct and Indirect), Superannuation (Corporate and Retail), Banking (Mortgage, Retail, Business and Private Banking), Not for Profit (Aged Care, Disability, Child and Family, Post Adoption) and Government (Health). Peter also has setup and runs his own practices that provide consultative and financial services.

Peter’s engagements range from enterprise business frameworks for corporate transformations to business process design of core platform environments. This work has included major transformation projects in many different environments.
