Chris has 30+ years’ experience in enterprise / business architect architecture; operational assurance and integrity, inter-dependency analysis / management, capacity and demand analysis and profiling, operations development and optimisation, roadmap development and management, cloud/hybrid environments; enterprise systems realisation, innovation and transformation projects with operations processes in both public and private sectors.
Chris has led multiple international and domestic assignments, multiple cloud corporate transformations, contributed in various international and national standards development, and a regular speaker at various conferences. Chris is a Fellow of the global IT Service Management Association.
